What are the pricing options available?
TL;DR
RIFF offers one platform in three self-serve sizes plus Enterprise. Each size is set by how many verified buyer answers you keep live: Launch ($1,000/month, 75 answers), Growth ($2,000/month, 150), Scale ($3,000/month, 300), and Enterprise (custom, more than 300). Every plan includes unlimited seats.
What are the pricing options for RIFF?
RIFF's sizes share the same platform. What changes is how many verified answers you keep live, and from Growth, RIFF's website answer engine. Full details are at getriff.ai/pricing.

Good to know
Unlimited seats on every plan. Adding teammates never changes the price.
Two ways to deploy. Keep the chatbot or agent you already run and point it at RIFF's answer feed, or use RIFF's website answer engine from Growth. The answer count is the same either way.
Unlimited conversations on Growth and Scale. A conversation is one buyer's chat, however many questions it holds. Past 3,000 in a month, new conversations are rate-limited, so buyers may see slower responses.
Terms. Every plan starts with a 90-day term. Annual billing costs the same as 10 months.

Can I change size later?
Yes. You can move up a size at any time. It changes your existing subscription rather than starting a new one.
