What counts as an answer
An answer counts while it is published: one approved answer to one distinct buyer question. Edits, citation updates and showing it on another surface never count again, and unpublishing frees the slot. Discovered questions, gaps and drafts are never counted.
What unlimited means
A conversation is one buyer's chat, however many questions it holds. Unlimited conversations from real buyers on the sites you approve. Past 3,000 conversations in a month, new conversations are rate-limited, so buyers may see slower responses. If that happens often, we'll talk with you about a larger plan.
Common questions
Why is RIFF priced by verified answers?
Because the answers are the work. RIFF finds the questions buyers ask, your team verifies the answers, and RIFF publishes them everywhere buyers research and keeps them current. A bigger plan holds more verified answers live at once. Seats are unlimited on every plan.
What happens when I reach my plan's answer count?
Nothing you have published changes. To publish another answer, move to the next size, unpublish an older answer to free its slot, or keep the new one as a draft until you are ready. Drafts, gaps and discovered questions never count.
What does "verified" mean?
Verified means your team approved it. RIFF flags an answer when new material contradicts it or when it is due for review.
We already run a chatbot or agent on our site. Do we need yours?
No. Every plan publishes answer pages and an answer feed your current chatbot or agent can read, so it answers from what your team verified. RIFF's own website answer engine is included from Growth if you want it, and the answer count is the same either way.
What is the answer feed?
A JSON feed of your published answers at a fixed URL. Any chatbot or agent can read it; no integration needed.
How does the 90-day term work?
Every plan starts with a 90-day term. Switch to annual before day 90 and your first 3 months count toward it. On monthly billing, it continues month to month after day 90 until you cancel. Annual billing costs the same as 10 months.
