RIFF supports seamless integration with existing systems for knowledge ingestion and buyer engagement. Current integrations include: • Google Drive - Native connector for docs, sheets, slides • Website crawling - Automatic scraping and indexing • Direct file upload - PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, PPTX • Call transcripts - Manual upload or API integration. Planned for Q1 2026: • Microsoft OneDrive • Notion • Dropbox • Confluence. CRM & Sales integrations (Q1 2026): • Salesforce - Bidirectional sync for leads and conversations • HubSpot - Automatic conversation logging and contact enrichment • Slack - Real-time notifications for qualified leads • Microsoft Teams - Alert channels for sales teams. Technology stack features: • PostgreSQL/Supabase for multi-tenant data isolation • OpenAI for embeddings and LLM responses • pgVector for semantic search • Vercel for serverless deployment • Redis for caching (optional). All data is isolated per organization via Row Level Security (RLS), with API access for custom integrations.
