What does the Riff platform look like?
Riff has two sides: a buyer-facing conversational interface on your website, and a seller dashboard (the Refinery) where your team organizes, verifies, and monitors buyer conversations.
Buyers interact with Riff as an embedded widget, floating bar, or launcher button. They ask questions in plain language and receive answers grounded in your verified content — documentation, call recordings, and product knowledge.
Your team works in the Refinery dashboard, organized around five core sections:
- Discover (AEO) — a knowledge dashboard showing your verified data entries: the questions buyers actually ask (security, integration, pricing), each with its category, confidence score, verification status, and dates.
- Conversations — performance metrics for the widget including company opportunities, average engagement, visitor conversion, and the conversation history itself.
- Knowledge — your verified knowledge graph: the approved answers that ground everything Riff says to buyers.
- Training (Buyer Simulation) — a guided workflow for improving buyer conversations by simulating them before they happen on your site.
- Interfaces — widget configuration including a Live Interface Preview and a Customer Website Preview, so you see exactly how Riff will look and behave on your site before go-live.
